This Subscription Agreement clarifies all subscription rules, billing mechanisms, auto-renewal policies, membership benefits and user usage specifications for the Rusnix application. By purchasing, activating and continuing to use any paid subscription services provided by Rusnix, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement.
Rusnix is a professional AI comic creation application that converts ordinary photos into delicate comic panel artwork with unique ink outlines and warm comic color palettes. The app adopts a coin-based consumption mechanism for all AI comic generation tasks. All template comic generation and custom descriptive comic creation functions require standard in-app coin consumption. Subscription membership does not exempt regular coin consumption for AI creation, and subscribed users follow the same consumption rules as non-subscribed users. All subscription services are processed and settled officially via Apple In-App Purchase, with accurate regional pricing clearly displayed on the in-app subscription page before payment.
Rusnix does not require any account registration or login verification, supporting fully anonymous and private usage without collecting any user personal data. All local image parsing, comic style conversion, ink outline rendering, color grading and comic panel synthesis processes are independently completed by Rusnix’s self-developed AI system. The app does not invoke, rely on or cooperate with any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers and external technical services in any creative links. Rusnix will never upload, transmit or share users’ uploaded photos, custom description content, creative cache files and finished comic works with any third-party platforms and institutions. We strictly implement a zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Our AI only completes overall comic style optimization and visual rendering, without performing facial detection, facial recognition and biometric analysis. We never collect, store user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, tracking and model training. Under no circumstances will Rusnix disclose users’ private portrait information and creative data to any third parties.
All auto-renewable subscription plans and paid membership services provided by Rusnix are only available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are eligible to purchase, manage and renew subscription services. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from purchasing and using any in-app membership subscription services.
All Rusnix membership plans are auto-renewable subscriptions authorized and settled through Apple In-App Purchase. Plan pricing varies by region and is clearly displayed on the official in-app subscription page prior to payment confirmation. The official valid subscription plans are listed as follows:
Users can use the in-app Restore Purchases function to recover valid membership benefits on devices logged in with the same Apple ID. This function only restores legitimate personal purchase records and does not support cross-account membership transfer, benefit migration or commercial resale of membership privileges.
All subscription plans provide uniform fixed member benefits with no tiered functional differences. No subscription plan can waive standard coin consumption for AI comic creation. During the valid membership period, all subscribed users can enjoy the following exclusive official benefits:
All subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default after successful purchase. The bound Apple ID payment method will be automatically charged for membership renewal within 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription cycle, unless users manually disable the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours in advance through their Apple ID account settings.
Users can independently check subscription status, adjust auto-renewal settings and cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time through the official Apple ID management interface. After canceling auto-renewal, existing membership benefits will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund will be provided for unused membership duration and unclaimed benefits.
All membership privileges are limited to personal, non-commercial use only. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing, transferring or commercially utilizing membership qualifications. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user membership access if any irregular, abusive or commercial usage behaviors are verified.
Rusnix does not collect or store users’ payment data, transaction records and personal subscription information. All payment behaviors are independently completed and recorded by Apple In-App Purchase. Membership status data are only stored locally on the user’s device. Rusnix will never transmit subscription data and user private information to any third-party payment platforms and external institutions.
We reserve the right to appropriately update and optimize this Subscription Agreement for product iteration and service upgrade purposes. Updated clauses will be officially released on the in-app settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after the update will be regarded as full acceptance of the revised terms. Our core privacy protection commitments and fixed membership benefits will not be arbitrarily modified.
