This User Agreement defines the service scope, functional rules and personal usage specifications for the Rusnix application. By downloading, installing and continuously using all AI creation functions and services of Rusnix, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement. Rusnix is a professional AI comic creation app dedicated to converting ordinary personal photos into exquisite comic panel artwork. The app supports two flexible creation modes, including template-based comic generation and customized descriptive creation. Users can select built-in classic comic templates to quickly convert local photos into standard comic works with delicate ink outlines and warm comic color tones, or input personalized descriptive content to create exclusive custom comic panels based on their own photos. The app intelligently redraws picture subjects and scene details with professional hand-drawn comic texture, presenting pure and natural comic visual effects, allowing users to easily complete high-quality comic creation without professional painting or editing skills.
All AI image analysis, comic style conversion, ink outline rendering, color grading optimization and comic panel synthesis processes run entirely locally on users’ mobile devices. Rusnix does not support automatic cloud uploading, remote data synchronization and network public sharing. All original photos uploaded by users, custom description content, template selection data, temporary rendering cache files and finished comic works are only stored in the user’s local device. Users have full independent control over all creative content, including in-app preview, local album saving, system sharing and manual deletion of works. The built-in cache cleaning function only clears invalid temporary rendering files generated during AI operation and will never delete or damage users’ saved formal comic creations.
Users shall use Rusnix’s AI comic creation functions only for healthy, positive and personal non-commercial creation purposes. All uploaded picture materials must be legal, appropriate and fully authorized. Users are strictly prohibited from using the app to upload, generate, save or disseminate pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal and other inappropriate harmful content. It is forbidden to create unethical, offensive or harmful comic works through the app’s template and custom creation functions. All user operational behaviors and generated content are independently managed and fully assumed responsibility for by the user.
Rusnix does not require any account registration, login verification or personal information binding of any form, supporting fully anonymous, private and secure whole-process usage. All local image parsing, subject identification, comic style matching, ink outline rendering and color tuning processes are independently completed by Rusnix’s exclusive self-developed AI system. The app never invokes, relies on, connects to or cooperates with any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud servers, third-party rendering platforms and external technical services in any creation links. Rusnix will never upload, transmit, synchronize or share users’ original photos, custom description content, creative cache files and finished comic works with any third-party platforms and institutions. We strictly implement a zero-collection privacy protection mechanism for all user facial information and biometric data. Our self-developed AI only performs overall comic style conversion and visual effect optimization for user-initiated creation tasks, and never conducts facial detection, facial recognition, facial feature extraction and biometric analysis. The app has no facial data collection, identification and storage modules. We never collect, record or store user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising push, behavior tracking and AI model training. Under no circumstances will Rusnix disclose or sell users’ private portrait information and creative content to any third parties.
All AI comic generation functions, template resources, custom creation tools and all service features of Rusnix are only accessible to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are eligible to download, install and use this application and all internal services. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing and using Rusnix and its core AI comic creation functions in any form.
Rusnix grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal license to use the application on personal mobile devices for private aesthetic creation and viewing purposes. All intellectual property rights of the app, including self-developed AI comic generation algorithms, exclusive comic template resources, interface design and functional logic, belong entirely to Rusnix. Users may not disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify or commercially utilize app resources without official authorization. All AI calculation and rendering processes run locally on the user’s device, and no user private data will be transmitted to any third-party servers and platforms.
All original photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated comic panel works created through Rusnix are fully owned by the users. Rusnix does not obtain any ownership or commercial usage rights of user-generated content. We will never utilize users’ creative works for model training, commercial promotion and data monetization, and will never transmit user creative data to any external third-party institutions. All creative content is stored locally on the user’s device, and users have complete independent control over their works.
We reserve the right to optimize app functions, update comic template resources and upgrade AI algorithms for product iteration and service improvement. Updated service rules and agreement terms will be displayed on the in-app document page and take effect immediately after release. Continued use of the app’s services after updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. All service updates will not change our core commitments of anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
User usage of Rusnix’s services is governed by the official Rusnix Privacy Policy. All user portrait materials and creative data are processed and stored locally without cloud synchronization and remote transmission. We always adhere to strict privacy protection principles, never actively collect user private information and facial data, and never disclose user personal privacy content to any third-party organizations and individuals.
